The story follows a glib-tongued, telegenic candidate closing in on the presidency. Her past is suspicious, her trite rhetoric hypnotic and her campaign funds limitless. Her opponents, critics and investigators habitually turn to concrete, and her lethal stare has investigative journalists running for their lives.
The story sees the return of Madelaine Kissinger, the corporately funded careerist war-monger who first appeared in Situation Room.
